Accessing your community is vital to self development, whether it's for necessity or for social reasons. The NDIS highly recommends getting out into the world and fostering a sense of connectedness for people across the autism spectrum and those living with physical, intellectual or psychosocial disability. With pathways to community participation and inclusion, you will experience improved wellbeing.
At Kinder Souls, we help you access community-based activities to build your creative and interpersonal skills, independence and confidence. Our encouraging team will help you get involved in swimming, sports, creative arts and other social group activities. We will also gear you towards more autonomous activities such as taking public transport, cooking, budgeting or shopping on your own, working at a pace that suits you.
